All tags, labels and original packaging are preserved
Purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice) is available
The product has no defects that occurred due to buyer's fault
Prepare the product according to return conditions

Our manager will provide you with instructions for shipping the product
If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, return costs are compensated by us. In all other cases, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
